Recently got a new phone and now the app won’t respond when I click login to try and listen on my new device. Tried repeatedly deleting and redownloading the app to no avail. The app remains on the basic intro screen and does not respond when touching login.

Can you let us know which version of iOS you're running?
We'd firstly recommend double-checking that this is up-to-date 🙂

If that doesn't do the trick,
> Have you reinstalled with these steps?
> Does restarting your device help?
> Does changing from WiFi to 3G/4G help? (or the opposite).
