Lost all my saved songs after update

Lost all my saved songs after update

Hi, I have done an update three weeks ago and have lost all my saved songs and by artist too. I have reinstalled, logged in and out etc and still nothing in the folder. I have replied to someone else's post who is having the same issue and got no help so I’m starting a new post. Hope somebody can help, many thanks. V8.4.52.796

Hey! Thanks for coming to the community for help 🙂

Sometimes this occurs as simply a display issue, but it seems like that's not the case here. I'd recommend contacting the Spotify support team here, they should be able to help you figure this one out!

Yeah mine are missing too.

 

For me the solution is to use the web player or desktop app. They will all still be there. Seems like Spotify messed up a lot of stuff with this update.

I have used the link and contacted them and have had no reply apart from a automated one that says use the community. It’s been over a week and now I’m looking at other players to use.
