Lost entire saved library after reinstalling Spotify premium on iPhone and ipad

Can you let us know your devices' operating system and version of Spotify? Also, are you missing both your playlists and your saved tunes under Your Music or only one fo them?

I realize this is an old topic but I am currently having the same issue. However, my library is still working on another device. There wasn't an issue when I was using the free version, but since I upgraded to premium, everything that I had was lost on my phone. My library is still intact on my ipad. Is there a way to manually sync my library from my ipad to my computer/iphone?

Thank you for taking the time to post in this thread. We'd like to take a closer look into this.

To start with, can you log out and back in twice in a row. It may sound strange, but this will force sync your account with the servers and can often help with issues like this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you provide us a screenshot of how it looks?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
