Lost music, locked out of account & cut off by 2 Service Reps

Lost music, locked out of account & cut off by 2 Service Reps

I downloaded about 400-500 songs; The Service Reps both told me I wasn't online for 2 months, but I played songs as recently as last week! Then, during a trip from last Friday to yesterday, with about 10 hours driving, I was locked out of my account. I reset my password this morning & found less than a dozen songs remaining! I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!

I'm sorry to hear your offline/downloaded songs have gone missing. That doesn't sound good.


Could you let me know the exact device, operating system version, and version of Spotify you're using? Also, when you were logged out had your device restarted, or your battery died?
