Lost my premium account

Lost my premium account

I have a free premium through my 4G vodaphone contract which I have been using without issue since Jan. however when I tried open the app today it asked to login, which has never happened before, usually it stays logged in. I logged in to find my account has been changed to a free account rather than premium. Vodaphone are being extremely unhelpful and spotify are just replying to my emails with generic automated crap. Can anyone help?

Reply to the Spotify automated email and that will bump your case over to an adviser. 😉
