Many crashes on IPhone 11

For 1 month I experience crashes of Spotify when listening to it in the background. iOS 14.3. This occurs suddenly, without me doing anything on the phone. It is locked and in my pocket. I listen through iPhone headphones, through Bluetooth speaker and other headphones, it always crashes, at least 1 time per day. And I noticed the phone becomes hot when doing so.
