Missing Songs in My Music

So, last night I accidentally deleted the app from my phone. No big deal, I figured it meant I'd have to redownload everything to my phone, which is a hassle, but whatever, I can manage. However, when I looked at my music after getting the app again, every song since around July 7th is suddenly gone (except for one that somehow got saved from december). The ~125 songs are also missing from my computer (which I don't much use for spotify).

Is there any way to be able to recover the songs, or do I just have to hope I can manage to find them all again?
