“More Like…” stuck

iPhone 8 Plus with the latest iOS12

did a search for an album a few weeks and now the “more like…” section won’t update. Any ideas? Tried reinstalling with no joy.

Having this issue on a fully updated Note 8 as well, it's driving me insane.
