Most of the suggested playlists in browse fail to open

Hey, 

 

This is the scenario I have:

  - Most of the suggested playlists that change depending on the time of the day, fail to open in my iphone. It stays in "loading" for ever.

  - If I look for the playlist using by genres, then it opens just fine.

  - Something appears to be wrink with the link browse uses.

  - Also it does no happen with all playlists, but for most of them.

 

I have test:

 

  - reinstalling spotify several times

  - restarting iphone

  - changing sound quality

 

I have spotify latest version, iphon 5 with jailbreak iOS 7.1

 

It has been happening for serveral weeks now (even months) and I don't know how to fix it.

 

Any advise?

BTW, I have a premium argentinian account.

Are you still having problems with it? If you still do, kindly do a clean reinstallation below:

Also, make sure you have a stable internet connection and give about 1 minute for the loading to load..

Yes, It is still happening and I have reinstalled it like 5 times too without any luck.

Failed to open means that it kept showing you 3 dots, is it? Are you connected to 3g or Wifi? Can you try to switch between the modes?

Also, can you reboot your device (Like Power Off and Turn it on again).

Exactly 3 dots for ever on the failing playlists (only ex-tunigo playlists from what I can see).

 

* I have tried restarting the phone.

* I have tried in 3G and differents WIFIs

* I have tried with diff audio quality

* I have tried with last-fm scrobling on and off

* I have tried lists without any "offline sync" track on it

* I have tried loggin in with facebook and spotify user account

 

Problem still there.

Also, I can see the playlists without any problem using the web, so I am sure is a problem with the iOS app.

I have the same issue, for months now, and it's quite frustrating that 70% of the "browse"
playlistsdon't open on my device. Latest version installed, Iphone 5S.
Any updates?

I have upgraded to ios 8 last week. No more jailbreak (which I though could be the problem) but the problem did not disapear.

I am seriously considering moving to rdio, as:
* I cannot access "my music" im my ipad
* i cannot access recommended playlist in iphone
* I cannot stream to chromecast from either
* I don't have any offcial channel where to report bugs to dev team or follow up its resolucion

Honestly no a very "premium" customer care nor service.
