Moving to another country!!!!

Hi!! So I created my Spotify account when I was still living in London!! But I have now moved back to Singapore (Which is not in China ,if you're wondering. It's just a tiny country in Asia :)). And I haven't been using Spotify for quite a while! But I never ever logged off on the app! I tried logging on just recently and a message would pop up saying that I can only use Spotify for 2 weeks after going to another country!! I'm supposed to change the country on my profile but I'm not logged in and I cannot log in!!! Can someone help please!!! I need my music!!! Thanks a bunch!!!!
