Music keeps pausing for no reason

My music will pause and show the play button for no reason and it always happens at random and no one else is using my Spotify. I dont know how to fix it.

Could you send a screenshot of the pop-up that you're seeing? Does it say that another device is being used? 

We'd suggest reinstalling the app first. If something's still not looking right, we'd suggest looking at this article and following the steps.
