Music not downloading

I use spotify premium on my iphone.  After the recent software download my music was cutting out and scratchy in my car.  So I uninstalled the Spotify app and reinstalled.  Now my music is offline and will not download.  Help!!!  What can I do to get my music to download now?

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community! 

You can try removing all of your offline devices here. Sometimes there can be a duplicate cache in the offline devices and it's fixed by removing them.

After that, just reinstall the app following these steps. Finally, you'll need to download the music again.

I don't want to remove them all and download all the music again, that will take forever.  I just want you to check and see that I have my music on an HP laptop, an apple iphone 7 plus and an apple ipad air. Those are my only three devices. Please delete duplicates or anything else.  Thank you
