Music wont save offline

I have an ipad and i am connected to wifi. My music wont save offline and I have about 30 gigs of ffree space. When i click save, then save offline, it says saving offline but i dont see the download bar. I have about 10 albums that says it is waiting to download in which some has been in a que for a few days now. No green download arrows yet. Please help!

I tried undownloading and redownloading the music; logging off and logging in

Same issue on iphone with v5.201205. Tons of available storage. Previously stored music is fine but current behavior as described above
