My Iphone can't go on Spotify Online

Hi guys, i'm new in this community. I'm from Italy, so i hope you'll understand my english even of it presents some errors 🙂
I have installed spotify on my phone , and , for the first month, it worked perfectly, online and offline. Now , since two months ago, my spotify can't connect to the online mode. It's not a problem of WIFI connection because my brother's phone connects perfectly to the online spotify mode.
Now, i tried to reinstall spotify lots of times but it's still the same. Even reinstalling it, only the offline mode works and the online don't . I followed all the steps on the instructions on the Official Spotify site but i can't fix my Problem. Last thing, "Offline mode" on spotify settings is turned down. When i go on "Radio" or "Search" Spotify charge for a long time and then says "ERROR"

How can i do guys? Hope you have a solution for me.. I don't know what to do, i've chosen spotify because it's the best on music streaming but if i have this kind of problems i don't know what to do.
