My Premium account is not working on my iPhone!!

I have a premium account but it isn't working on my iPhone I've re-installed a couple of times & no joy. Can anyone suggest a fix?

I am running spotify on an iPad & iPhone so can't clean reinstall. At least I don't think you can do this on these platforms.
