My creditcard do not work only in spotify website!

I was using spotify premium for some months now, but a few days ago, i received a message saying that i have issues with the monthly pay and if i do not solve this, my access will be paused. After call my bank and use my creditcard in other sites, i realized that the issue is only with spotify.
Now im without access and no matter how many times i try, i can not pay!

Can you just double check your subscription status in your online overview to ensure your premium subscription is still active?

Have you tried the following?:

• Restarting Spotify
• Restarting your device
• Relogging into Spotify
• Reinstalling Spotify

If those don't solve your problem, you can try completely canceling your Spotify Premium subscription and then rebuy it.

Otherwise, I would suggest contacting Spotify. You can do this in a few different ways:

• Twitter (@SpotifyCares)
• Facebook (SpotifyCares)
• E-mailing (support@spotify.com - if you get an automated e-mail back and it says no-reply, reply anyway. Somebody will surely get back to you.)
• Submitting a support ticket
