My playlists are gone

My phone died and when I got on I had to resign in but when I went to play a playlist none out of about 8 playlists were there, I did what it said to do and went to the website and went to recover playlists but it then said there were no playlists to recover! WHAT DO I DO?

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
