My premium account I've had for over 2 years is now saying it's free

My premium account I've had for over 2 years is now saying it's free

My premium account I've been using
For 2 years is now saying it's a free account, all my play lists are gone and I can't do anything but shuffle 1 playlist. When I log onto my account online it says I have paid for my account. Not sure what is going on here. How can I fix this ?

If you're seeing Premium when you log in here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, can you try logging in once more with this username, and your password? Instead of your email + password?

Hey @ChristinaT66,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

Hi I don't have a second account and I haven't signed in with my Facebook I've been using the same email account since I started using Spotify. I canceled my premium and repaid for it and deleted the app and redownloaded. Nothing is working it still says my account is free on the app and that I have premium when I log in to my account online. I am at a loss at what to do
