My progression bar isn’t working despite refreshing the app and reinstallin

I deleted the app them reinstalled it multiple times already, and it didn’t help troubleshoot the issue in anyway. Still, the progression bar isn’t working

Just to confirm, is this by any chance causing your music/podcasts to not play correctly? We understand you've tried reinstalling, but did you go through these exact steps to do so?

 

It'd also be helpful to know the make, model, OS version and the exact Spotify version currently running on the affected device. 

 

If you could send a screen recording or a video showing how things look from your end, that would be great too. You can attach it to your next response or upload it to another platform like YouTube or Google Drive and send a link to it. Make sure to hide any personal or sensitive information, and to give it the relevant permissions if you decide to upload it somewhere else.
