My recently listened to isn’t showing up on my profile

My Question or Issue

 I’ve notice this for a couple months now but finally decided to ask a question about it on the forum. I have Publish Activity enabled but it still won’t show the recent artists I’ve listened to on my profile. Even when I’m logged into my friends Spotify, it still doesn’t show my recent artist on my profile. I’ve enabled Publish Activity and have also turned it off. I’ve never had private session on either. Not sure what the issue is.
