Need help to redownload Spotify

For some reason my iPhone will not allow me to redownload Spotify after I deleted it for storage purposes. Spotify is no longer on my background on my iPhone, but it still appears when I go to manage storage and it asks if I want to delete app and all data when I click on Spotify. I have clicked "delete app and all data" multiple times, but the app still shows up in manage storage. When I go to the App Store it asks me to Open Spotify and does not give me the option to download Spotify. Spotify is not on my home screen at all. How can I fix this issue?
