New UI: I can't find it.

My Question or Issue

So I've heard a lot about the new UI, but it isn't appearing on my device. Spotify is up-to-date with updates, and I tried deleting the app and redownloading as well as logging out and logging back in, but it just won't appear. Anybody know what's up?
