New phone can't access my account

New phone can't access my account

I have a new iPhone and I can't access my account. When I try and login I get a message saying "you have already created an account with that email address". I know that but I have a premium account and should be able to acces from 3 devices? Help please!

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

I can't remember my user name. Not sure I used one. I tried the likely one I would of used and it didn't work

Any other ideas ? Please
