New premium account doesnt work

New premium account doesnt work

So i just activated my premium, it said that the first month was free so transfered 1 cent to spotify but now it still says that im using a free account, im logged in via appleid

thanks for reaching out !

 

If you got a confirmation mail regarding your new subscription i suggest you check out your account overview page and view the "Receipts" tab to see if there's any info on the matter.

 

Furthermore, in some cases, users tend to have more than one account which have them confused logging into the wrong one.

You can use this support page to eliminate the possibility of such scenario.
