New releases not available offline

Hi there, trying to download some of the new release albums today; taking back Sunday, AlunaGeorge & Against me! .. I can save them to my library but as soon as I click to download to make the available offline nothing happens?

Same issue with regards to downloads, basically my Spotify on my phone hasn't downloaded any new releases today.

I also get to 7 seconds per song on AlunaGeorge's album and it bombs out.

Are you downloading with wi-fi or cellular data?
