No Download to Apple Watch Button anymore

Premium, United States, iPhone 12 Pro Max ios16.0.2, iWatch SE watch os9.0

My Question:

After updating the system. There is no Download to Apple Watch button on my iPhone anymore. It used to have this button before I update it.

I tried to delete the Spotify app and re-download it, both on my iPhone and watch. But not work. 

They connected on the same wifi. The Bluetooth was also turned on. Also tried both ways when doing the download, wearing the watch / putting it on the charger, did not work.

Please let me know if you have any advice.

Would it be possible to ask a friend or a family member to log in on your phone with their Spotify account check to see if the button appears? This way, we'll know if it's a device or account related issue.
