My old iPad crashed so I have got another one. I logged into my old Spotify account which is great but I can’t get the lyrics feature. Nowhere to scroll up from. Clicked the right hand side many times and it only comes up with the following list:

 

Like

Hide Song 

Add to Playlist

Add to queue

Shuffle

Repeat

Share 

Go to radio

Go to artist

Song credits 

Sleep Timer

 

I’m on the 2021 model of IPad Air I think?

If you are still not seeing lyrics on your device, please reach out to the support team. Have your login email and device info at the ready and the team should be able to get this resolved in a couple of working days after they record your case.

You can do so through any of these channels.


Also, make sure your device is running the latest version of Spotify available on the App Store.
