Hi,

 

my Problem is, that the latest version of Spotify on my iPhone doesn't recognize my premium account, so I'm not able to select single tracks... 😕 Please help!!

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview with a renewal date in the future?

I have the same issue...

There are also many User in the app store who have the same probleme.


My account is showing as premium.

 

What can I do now?

 

 

Try restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the Apple logo appears on screen and then try again. 

 

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app:

@Technopoly @Nomak - I just asked a member of the Spotify team to check this out for you, it appears both of you are experiencing an issue which has been widely reported here on the community relating to German payments, unfortunately due to the nature of the issue we can't troubleshoot any further here on the community. 

 

You will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running again. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you not get an automated email reply with a case number in it?

If not, can you try opening another case here:

Then let us know your 8-digit case number. Once we have that I can ask someone to chase it up for you.

argggh

now spotify is killing me.... my mac app is full of commercials now also

I have escalated that case number for you. Hopefully someone will get back to you soon.

After some days of waiting, nothing happened... another case is open with the number 01422254... hope that I'll get an answer soon

Yesterday I get an email of spotify and now I am back to premium so I think that you are the next on the list
