No sound during playback

No sound during playback

I have an Apple 4s (yes it's really old and that might be part of the problem...) and I just started paying for Premium so I could listen to music while I go biking. It worked once. But now when I try to play my music, there's no sound. I can see the progression bar moving so I know it's actually attempting to play the music. All of my audio settings are correct. My other applications play back sounds. Anyone else having this problem?

Hey @maryjteraji,

 

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

Hello,

In the last couple of days I have the same problem. I use iPhone 6s.
When I try to play a playlist there is no sound. I can change the songs and move the progress bar but the device is completely silent. When I try to play a single song, there is sound to some point and then it goes silent again.
I'm a premium user for quite some time now and I have never experienced this before. It's very annoying!!!
