No sound with earphones and bluetooth

I have reinstalled the  app and playing Spotify with My iPhone 6. There is no sound only the iPhone speakers, very strange. No sound on Bluetooth speakers and no sound in my headphones. just a annoying buzz- sound...and there is sound when i play music from other apps.

I've just switched from Deezer, which still plays fine over Bluetooth on my iPhone 5s.  Spotify just won't stream over bluetooth.  Randomly makes a loud electronic screaming noise but it has also done this in the Music app (which a rarely use) so it could be the phone.  I just don't understand why Deezer works and Spotify doesn't
