Not Happy!!!! Grey lines and wrong song playing!!!

My Spotify App on the IPod Touch 5th Gen is not fully working. There seems to be a grey section separating the songs and the first of song of each section won't play. Another issue is that when I choose a song from the 'my songs' section it decides to play something else. I have started a trial to see whether this service is better than Apple Music's service however for most of the trial I haven't been able to use the features of premium because when I choose a song from my songs section it plays something else five songs above that I haven't chosen which sorts of makes the trial useless. I am not happy with this as I thought Spotify would be a decent service however this haven't been the case.
