Not able to play full song on premium

My Question or Issue

For some reason I’m not able to listen to full songs anymore, I’ve been a premium user for quite a while & not had this issue before. Basically I get the first 30 seconds or so of each song. Any help appreciated! Thanks

Hey @ryangib, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

Could you try a quick clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

 

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.

 

Try updating to iOS 12.4.1 as well.
