Not all synced local files play anymore

On my iPhone 6 which is in impeccable condition, some of my synced songs suddenly don't pkay anymore after I updated the app. I tried syncing them again and changing the formats but all the songs will always appear as downloaded but they won't play. Any ideas?

----EDIT somehow reinstalling the app 2 times did the job
