Not logging in from iPad but logging from pc browser

Hi all,

 

I just signed up for a premium account and I'm being able to log in by the web browser in my computer but not in my iPad or Windows Phone. Through the browser it works fine, but on the iPad or Windows Phone it always gives me 'login failed message'. I'm not logging in via facebook, I have an account for spotify. I already redefined my password but it didn't work. Any ideas? Tks

The problem is that in the web browser I was logging with my full email,
and in the app I was trying to do that as well, but it only would work
giving the username instead of the email. Thanks for the reply!

Hi @vitorisaia , welcome to the Spotify Community! Let's try to troubleshoot this issue with you. 

 

First of all, please try a clean reinstallation. This can resolve many common issues. 

 

If you're still having trouble after a reinstall, please let us know the following details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5S)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. iOS 8.3)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.2.0)

4. What are you doing when the app skips/ stops/ crashes? Is it when it opens? When scrolling through tracks? When searching? 

5. About how many playlists do you have?
