“Now playing” bar has disappeared

I use Spotify Premium (latest version) on iOS (latest version). 

My “Now playing” bar has disappeared and I don’t know what to do. But it’s only with one playlist and when I check queue there is empty playlist even tho it can still be skipped to another songs in the playlist.

What I’ve already done:

Restart phone

Reinstall app

Delete and download songs in playlist 

Switch to another playlist 

Add the playlist in queue

Log in and log off

Checked support and community center

Asked some my friends that use Spotify premium

I have the same issue, it’s also only on one playlist for me as well. The lock screen widget that allows you to change volume, slide the timeline and skip track also seems to be glitching out for me. The lock screens timeline bar doesn’t work and it doesn’t display what songs playing. I’m really annoyed as I have done everything I can to fix this as well. Let me know if you find a fix mate

I’ve got the exact same problem. Only with one playlist aswell. All my other playlists play fine and the playlist that isn’t working on my phone works on Xbox one app

Hello I have te Same problem my now plating bar dissapears and only gets Back When I put a song in de waiting line. The song I put in the waiting line gets played than.

**bleep** I figured this out. I was having all the same issues. When I noticed your screenshot the thing we had in common with the ONE playlist that didn’t have a bar was that the playlist name had emojis. Characters that Spotify is reading as ?? I think it’s sending errors codes. The second I deleted the emojis from the title of the playlist, The now playing bar immediately appeared. Hope this helps!
