Off line won't play

After I installed the new IOS 9 on my iPod more then half of my songs that I had on my playlist available offline are unavailable offline anymore and I am unable to add new sons and have available Offline is there any way to fix this ? I tried the whole trying to re download it but that didn't work

Hey! I have the same problem. My iphone keeps throwing out the mobile data access for spotify!

It just keeps saying waiting to download but it's on a wifi network

I'm having the same problem here. However, if I play a song in the playlist, it will be available offline after it's finished. So I guess we'll just have to wait five hours while playing all the songs in our playlists... Very efficient...
