Offline Devices Limit Trouble

I have frequently been getting the message about more than three offline devices and have had to constantly resync my phone. Is there anyway I can have all my devices de-synced, so I can start off with just my current phone? Thanks

I'm having the same issue as andyskipper above on v8.4.11.1283 armv7 on a Samsung S6 Edge on Android 7.0.

Cleared the data and re-installed Spotify, removed all devices from the offline devices page in accounts then re-download some playlists, go back in to Spotify some time later and BAM! message saying that I have exceeded the 3 device limit and my playlists have been deleted from my device.

No other devices have Spotify installed apart from my PS4 which I haven't used in months..

This has been happening constantly the past week and is infuriating. :@
