Offline Playlists won't sync to Last.fm and Facebook

I have noticed that playlists I have made to be available offline don't show up on my Last.fm / Facebook history - despite me being online while I listen to those playlists. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

On a side note, I believe it would be useful Spotify apps on both mobile and desktop should queue the songs you listen to while you are offline to be scrobbled to Last.fm as listened songs once you get back online.

I discovered the reason for this issue. I am a Premium customer and I travel a lot. I noticed whenever I am out of the UK, my lists don't get synced to Last.fm / Spotify. However they do as soon as I am back in the UK or if I connect to a UK VPN.
