Offline in recommendations in Smart Shuffle

My Question or Issue

I have a music list with Smart Shuffle on.  At the bottom where it shows reccomendations it says "Go Online"

I have signed out, uninstalled app signed back in, verified VPN is off, updated iOS, turned offline mode on and then back off.  Everythng appears online but the reccomendations will not populate.

I am sorry to hear that and thanks for sharing what you’ve done so far to resolve this. Can you try another clean reinstall of the app, this time following these steps? It’s more thorough than a simple reinstall, and can solve issues like these.

If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Also, can you see if this happens with a different network connection? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
