Offline mode not working on iPhone 6Plus

I have a premium account and enabled most of my playlists in offline mode. However, on my phone the little down-arrow-circle thing is grey instead of green, even though the "Available Offline" button is enabled. I know there's enough space (it's a brand new iPhone 6plus with 128 gigabytes, only 14 of which are used...). Please help, thanks!

I am having the same issues with my iphone 6 plus with premium spotify account. I have a lot of albums set to offline mode but only 2 can play while offline. This sucks.

I have the same issue (grey color in arrow) on a offline playlist if it is not completly sync and needs an update. When it is, becomes green. My current device: iphone 5. Could not be your case but only 3 devices are allowed to be sync in premium accounts.
