Offline playlist Content deleted: but only three devices

I Have Spotify installed on three Apple mobile devices and on one MacPC. No offline storage on the PC. But still I can not keep the playlists on all three devices - the number of all songs is far below 3333. Any solution or explanation?
I have also installed Tunigo on the mob devices and stored the stared playlist. May be this taken as an additional mobile device?

I would assume Tunigo is counted as another device, since the Spotify system counts each Spotify/app cache as a seperate device. 

Its a similar issue if you run two operating systems on the same computer sadly.
