My Question or Issue

I recently had to reset my iPod touch and so delete Spotify from the device. I now find I cannot reinstall it as it is not supported by devices running earlier than version 6. But I had it on the device and it was working! Why can’t I reinstall an older version?

Hey @JimiJimi, I'll be happy to help you out here.

I've checked the system requirements, and it looks like Spotify will work with iPods that follow this requirement:

iPod

6th generation iPod Touch or above

iOS 10 or above. 250 MB free space

If you have an iPod 5 or below, the Spotify app won't work properly on your device.
