Ongoing pause/streaming issue with Premium Spotify

For 2 weeks now Spotify has been stop playing music/streaming every 10 minutes or so.

Yesterday, stopped streaming completely and I had to switch to my Pandora account to listen my music.

The last update did nothing to solve this issue.

I tried to stream from my Ipad with the latest IOS version, 13.6 and also from my Samsung phone, Android app and still the same issue.

And I have a premium account with Spotify.

Hope it will be fixed soon.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community! Don't worry we'll happily help you sort this one out 🙂
 

Can you start off by logging in on your Account page and going to ''Apps'' in the menu on the left side? 

 

There you can see all third party apps that are connected to your account and we'd recommend that you "Remove Access" for the apps that you don't recognize.

 

You should also secure your account by following the steps here.

If that still doesn't work, could you post the following info: 

  • Does this happen only when you have headphones connected?
  • Exact Spotify version
  • Are cache-clearing, task-killing or battery saving apps activated?
  • Is this happening while listening offline/online or both?
  • Does this happen if a friend or a family member to logs in on your?
