Only 1 song wont sync

So i have an iphone6 running the most up to date iOS version.   I'm having a strange issue where i can't sync one specific song to my play list.  It's a frank ocean - American Wedding.  I've tried everything from removing it, recreating a playlist, deleting the song from my computer, redownloading it and trying again..you name it

i can't for the life of me figure out why this is happening with this song....any help would me much appreciated

so if i understand this right, it is a local file at your pc.. i think :D. Have you already rendered/exportet the file in .MP3 and with a lower bitrate?

Please reply if this doesn't work for you so i'll continue my research
