Other unknown unit taking over on iPhone

All of a sudden other iPhones (or other units, can't always tell) start playing on my phone, and when I try to switch back to my unit, it keeps jumping back to the strange unit. How can I stop this? If there's a setting I've missed, why is it defaulted? It's very creepy when strangers' music starts playing in my headphones...

Hey @lindake,

you should go to your Account Overview and then scroll down to Sign out everywhere  and click that button.
