Overcharged for 1 year premium and not working

Hi there

A couple of issues that I’ve found after trying unsuccessfully to use Spotify on my iPhone 7.

1) I’ve been charged 1188 Norwegian krone a few weeks ago, but my boyfriend was only charged 990nok. There was a special offer on at the time offering the full year at a lower price. I have the receipt registered on my Spotify account and bank. 

2) Cannot access app without being told my account has been downgraded to free version. I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting phone, logging in with and without FB, and searching community for answers/contact details for Spotify.
