Overview: Artist -> Album -> Songs (like I follow on mac-version)

Hi! I would like to have a nice overwiev over the artists I like. I do not like shuffeled playlists. I like to scroll through a list with my favorite artists, click on an artist -> See all the albums and listen to one of them. -> Just like it is on iTunes or something like that. On my Spotify-mac-app I can click on my profile and then select the "artists I follow". BUT this is not possible on my iPhone! 😞 

What options do I have? I could create a Folder-Playlist like that:

Bands (Folder)

- Band 1 (Folder)

   - Album 1 (Playlist)

   - Album 2 (Playlist)

   - Album 3 (Playlist)

- Band 2 (Folder)

   - Album 1 (Playlist)

   - Album 2 (Playlist)

   - Album 3 (Playlist)

...

This would cost me a lot of time and when there is a new albm out, I do have to add it to the playlist. If I just could select the artists I follow on my iPhone (like I can do it on my mac) my problem would be solved. How do you manage that?
