Paid money for subscription but...

Backstory: spotify did this promotion back around christmas stating that if we purchase premium before janurary 1st, WE PAY ONLY 99 CENTS. Now i did this around decemeber 27th and im still getting charged 12.99 for premium... Really i feel like im getting scammed here. Is there a reason why this happened?

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app. The promotion doesn't apply to subscriptions made from the app. Only subscriptions made from the Spotify website worked with the promotion.


To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
