My Question or Issue

I have an overlay asking me if I want to stream on my watch that doesn‘t go away. By pressing the screen I can actually operate the buttons underneath but it’s not really usable like this. Tried to reinstall, no success, still there. How can I solve this?

I have the same Problem with my Apple watch 3 & the iPhone XR.

I tried everything:

-Reconnecting the watch in the Watch-App

-Reinstalled Spotify on the Watch

-Made every Update

-Tried to contact the Apple Support

-Disabled notifications of Spotify

I still need to solve it. 😠

Thanks for reaching out about this.

If you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of both the phone app and the watch app to no avail, we'd suggest trying to reset the watch to factory settings. You can follow this guide from Apple in order to do so.

@Lenodur, did you get any response from Apple's support team so far?
