Personal music on iPhone not showing on Spotify

My Question or Issue

I used to have a section in my playlists called "Music on this Device" (or similar). Basically it was a link to all of my iTunes playlists and content and I could play it on Spotify. 

That option is no longer there. Can you help? I want to be able to play my "own" playlists sometimes or add them to the queue. 

Why is this missing now? 

Similarly: certain playlists that I added from iTunes are still showing in Spotify but the playlists are now empty?
